Newfoundland Kitchen Party

The “Newfoundland Kitchen Party” has always been a popular idea with visitors to both Newfoundland and Labrador. Expatriates have fond memories of kitchen parties from living here as children or have heard about the parties from their relatives. Other visitors hear about the famous tradition through local culture, advertising and other mediums.
According to heritage.nf.ca, the tradition of household entertainment continues to thrive, and on a Saturday night, makeshift jam sessions still unfold in kitchens, living rooms and basements around the provinces (That’s what we’re going to do!!!!!).
Mostabear will be hosting the event on behalf of the Newfoundland Dog Fanciers of British Columbia.

July 12th weekend (Friday through Sunday) at 10520 Highway 97D, Logan Lake, BC.
Take Exit 336 off the Coquihalla Highway and drive 5 kilometers towards Logan Lake. Look for the Fence ‘N More sign, (orange highway posts) and a Newfoundland Dog cutout on the fence. Larger trailers can take the very first left after they have passed the gravel pit yard (easier to get into field that way).
